What you can and can't see

You can't see
Anything your employees do inside the app. No check-ins, no mood entries, no journal entries, no videos watched, no AI suggestions. HappyTrek never provides organizations with individual health or behavioral data.

What happens if we add employees?
You can increase your seat count anytime from your dashboard. Increases are available immediately and prorated.
What if someone leaves the company?
Remove them from your roster and their seat frees up for someone else.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. It's month to month and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Do employees need a work email?
It's easier for you if they use one, since it helps you track seats — but any email works.
What if we have more than 500 employees?

Is this a medical or clinical service?
No. HappyTrek is a wellness support app. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical or mental health care.
